Southside beekeeper Chris Daffy has been successful in establishing a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to relocate bee swarms. Chris’s talk focuses on the worldwide Australian invention ‘Flowhive’, Manuka honey and its special qualities, followed by honey tastings.
