Our Distillery is open seven days a week for tastings. Our bar and restaurant is open Friday to Sunday serving our full range of rum & cane spirits, all showcased in our freshly made and ever-changing premium cocktails. All to be enjoyed alongside our chefs delicious seasonal menu. We've got entertainment lined up all weekend long kicking off on Fridays with Knock-Off drinks starting at 4pm, through to our classic Sunday Session.
