Hart’s Farm is a family farm built on passion & an appreciation for quality. A destination in the rural Hinterland of Shoreham, on the Mornington Peninsula with access to natural bushland and the sea, close to both Westernport and Port Philip Bay beaches. The accommodation is both peaceful and beautiful, providing the perfect couple’s retreat. Hart’s Farm also produces naturally fermented traditional ciders (& a few with a new twist), extra virgin olive oils & cider vinegar. The Farmgate is open weekends 11am-4pm.
