Exhibition Floor talk with Emily Floyd and Danny Lacy
Emily’s work engages with a wide range of fields including educational models, political ideologies, typography and community participation. Working in sculpture, printmaking and public installation, Emily is renowned for her text-based sculptures that combine a strong focus on visual qualities with an interest in the legacies of modernism.
Amongst numerous public installations, Emily's work features locally at Jackalope in Merricks North and is one of the four major public sculptures along the Eastlink freeway. This insightful conversation is not to be missed!
