New Wave 25

Calling all Mornington Peninsula VCE, VCE VET and VCE VM art and design students.

Entries are now open for New Wave 25 our student exhibition celebrating the talent and creativity of student artists from Government, Catholic and Independent schools across the Mornington Peninsula Shire.

Students have the opportunity to be exhibited in a major regional gallery and to experience what it is like to be part of a group exhibition with a large audience of visitors. They will liaise with MPRG staff to have their work installed, enjoy an exhibition opening and have the opportunity to have their work promoted on MPRG’s print and digital channels.

New Wave 25 is an important addition to the MPRG exhibition program, showcasing the creative ideas of a new generation as they take their place in our rich and vibrant creative community on the Mornington Peninsula.

All mediums are welcome, including photography, drawing, painting, sculpture, textiles, mixed media, ceramics, film and printmaking.

Applications are open to students studying VCE, VCE VET and VCE VM creative studies in 2024.

Entries close Friday 25 October.
