Hiratanao: Textures onto Paper Workshop

Hiratanao image.jpg

In this hands-on workshop, participants will explore creative ways of transferring surface textures onto paper pulp, using everyday objects.

You will experiment with items from your surroundings, discovering how textures like those from bubble wrap, twigs, or even an old toothbrush can produce unique and fascinating patterns on paper.

We encourage you to bring textured objects of your choice—anything from household tools to natural elements—to enhance your creative process. No prior experience is needed, and all necessary materials will be provided. We suggest you bring an apron to protect your clothing during the workshop.

This session is perfect for all skill levels and invites anyone with a curiosity for artistic exploration. Please note this workshop is for participants who are 18 or over.
