School holiday workshop for ages 8+, July 6

Working with natural Indigenous materials ochre and gum leaves, Sammy will help you explore your own connection to nature and show you how to create your own meaningful token of Country.

Sammy Trist is a proud Taungurung woman with a vast knowledge of natural materials and a long history of teaching culture to all ages. She is a multi-disciplinary artist, using painting, woodwork, pyrography, and sculpture to create ceremonial objects and body adornments.
