This popular boardwalk showcases plenty of birdlife and guides you over the southernmost mangroves in the world. The trail runs from Jack’s Beach in Bittern to Western Port marina in Hastings and passes through Warringine Park. Declared a conservation park in 1994, Warringine Park has a wide variety of ecosystems, including mangroves, coastal wetlands, riparian vegetation and healthy woodlands. It is also home to over 100 different bird species, 13 species of reptiles, 12 species of fish, 22 species of mammals, and many invertebrates.

Join Greg, Lance and Kate for a walking tour and conversation along one of the best kept secrets on the Mornington Peninsula. It is an easy walking trail which is approx. 4km long. The distance walked will be determined by the capabilities of the group and the weather on the day.
